Roberto Esquivel said his 14-year-old son, Mico, had just left their home on board their Mitsubishi Pajero when at least seven armed men ambushed them in San Crisantimo Village in San Pedro, Laguna around 7:30 a.m. The driver identified as Johnny Agabay was killed instantly in the ambush.
